“The EU during the Maltese Presidency and Where Bulgaria Stands”

PanEuropa Bulgaria, The Diplomatic Institute to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, and the European Commission Representation in Bulgaria organize a public discussion on the topic “The EU during the Maltese Presidency and Where Bulgaria Stands”.  The event aims to trigger a debate regarding the assumption by the Republic of Malta of the rotating Presidency of the Council of the EU (January-June 2017).

Key speakers of the discussion will be H.E. Prof. Lino Bianco, Ambassador of the Republic of Malta to Bulgaria and Romania, and H.E. Lyubomir Ivanov, Head of National Centre for Preparation of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU. The speeches of the two lecturers will be followed by a Q&A session.

Working languages: English and Bulgarian. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
